Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tendie.space, Clover Kart, and related services operated by tendie.space LLC (“we”, “us”).

Agreement

By visiting this website or playing Clover Kart you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be able to form a binding contract and, if you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission.

The services

tendie.space LLC develops and operates online video games. Clover Kart is a free-to-play browser game provided at cloverkart.io and related domains. We may add, change, or discontinue features, including for maintenance or capacity. The game may include optional cosmetic or other digital items if we offer them.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your own entertainment. We and our licensors own all rights in the games, websites, names, artwork, and software. You may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, or wrap the services except as allowed by law.

Accounts and names

You may be able to play as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for the display name and other content you submit, and for activity on your account. We may reclaim names, reset progress, or close accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are used for abuse.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit, or interfere with other players or our servers
• attack, scrape, or overload the services
• use automated clients except those we expressly allow
• harass others, post unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights
• misrepresent your affiliation with tendie.space LLC

User content

Chat, names, and other content you submit remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely to operate and promote the services. We may remove content that we believe violates these terms.

Purchases

If we offer paid items or services, prices and any restrictions will be shown at checkout. Digital goods are licensed, not sold. Except where law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the item has been delivered to your account. Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in loss of access.

Disclaimer

The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tendie.space LLC and its officers, members, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim or (b) twenty-five U.S. dollars (US$25). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the game or other players, or if we shut the service down.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which tendie.space LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any forum.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If a change is material we will post the new terms on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
